Houston card shows
Houston has a card show most weekends somewhere in the metro. The biggest is the TRISTAR Collectors Show at NRG Arena, held every year since 1987. HTX Card Show and Katy Sports Card Show move between Conroe, The Woodlands, Galveston, Rosenberg and Katy. These are the ones running as of fall 2026. Dates move, so check each show’s site before you go.
- Katy Sports Card Show Next: Oct 3-4 · Fort Bend County Epicenter, Rosenberg. Weekend shows about once a month, alternating between the Hyatt Regency Conroe, the Fort Bend County Epicenter in Rosenberg and the Merrell Center in Katy. Earlier research found free admission; the home page doesn't say.
- The Card Syndicate Trade Show - Houston Next: Oct 3 · Syndicate Market pop-up, Bayou City Event Center. Touring Pokémon, One Piece and sports card show that comes to the Westin Galleria several times a year. The same group runs one-day Syndicate Market pop-ups, like the Oct 3 one at Bayou City Event Center (9401 Knight Rd).
- Mom and Pop Card Show (Houston) Next: Oct 11 · Bad Astronaut Brewing, Houston. Small show of 30+ tables at a brewery near Fulton St. The organizer is based around Austin and runs shows across Texas; Houston gets one every month or two.
- HTX Card Show Next: Oct 24-25 · Moody Gardens Hotel and Convention Center, 7 Hope Blvd, Galveston TX 77554. - The Cardboard Collectors Show Next: Nov 14-15 · Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, Building C, Rosenberg. About 150 tables of sports cards, Pokémon and other TCGs, four weekends a year. Dates are text only on the ticket checkout page; the home and upcoming-shows pages show them as images. The home page also teases an 'all new Katy card show' with no details.
- TRISTAR Collectors Show (Houston) Next: Feb 5-7, 2027 · NRG Arena, Houston. Houston's longest-running show, held each winter since 1987, with 500+ tables of sports cards and memorabilia plus athlete autograph sessions. The schedule page does not name the 2027 venue yet; NRG Arena is where recent shows were held.
- H-Town Cards & Collectible Show · Stafford Centre, Stafford. Running since 2022, mostly at the Stafford Centre, with around 240 tables. The '2026-2027 Show Calendar' page has no date text; the schedule seems to be an image. The last date in text is Aug 15-16, 2026.

Most of them. For Pokémon in particular, MadRat Toys on S Dairy Ashford has a big wall of English and Japanese singles, including vintage, and R.E.V. Collectibles on FM 529 runs official Pokémon League play and League Cups. 3rd Coast Cards in Katy is about 7,000 square feet, with its singles on a searchable computer in the store.
Can I get cards graded in Houston?
Yes, at a few shops. Gem Mint Cardhouse in Sugar Land is a PSA and BGS dealer and takes sports and TCG submissions. Cardboard Heroes in Conroe takes PSA submissions, and The Adventure Begins in Conroe takes PSA and HGA. We didn’t find a shop inside the Beltway that takes submissions. Is there a card shop open late in Houston?
Atomic Gaming & Comics in Missouri City is open until midnight most nights and 2 AM on Fridays. Halcyon Games in Spring is open until 11 PM every day, and Odin’s Place, Asgard Games and 3rd Coast Cards stay open until 10 PM most nights. Most sports card shops close around 6 or 7 PM.
